User Roles

The user roles in Operate are:

  • Admin: Can view and manage all the modules in Operate, including post-sale actions on charges. Admins can invite new users and grant access to Operate.
  • Operator: Can view and manage all the modules in Operate, including post-sale actions on charges, except for the Users module.
  • Sales Manager: For merchants operating in an In-Store channel, this role is used to establish access to the Sales App product for sales reps with a single store. Sales Managers do not have access to Operate.
  • Regional Sales Manager - For merchants operating in an In-Store channel, this role is used to establish access to the Sales App product for regional sales reps with multiple stores. Regional Sales Managers do not have access to Operate.
  • Viewer: Can view all the data on the modules of Operate in read-only mode. Viewers cannot modify entities or execute actions such as export. Viewers do not have access to the Users module.
  • Merchant Call Center Operator: Can view and manage in the Call Center module only.
  • Resolution Center Operator: Can view and manage in the Resolution Center module only.
