Remote Interactions

View information on application and checkout links sent to consumers

The Remote Interactions module provides data on application and checkout links that were sent to consumers via the Call Center module or the Omni-Link API. Links are sent so that consumers can continue the loan application process on their device.

Viewing Remote Interactions

Remote Interactions data is displayed in both a high-level list view and a detailed view.

Remote Interactions List

The following information is displayed per Remote Interaction:

  • FLOW TYPE: Indicates if the link was part of the Apply or Checkout flow.
  • STATUS: The current status of the link. Possible values:
    • New: Link has been sent.
    • Accessed: The consumer has opened the link.
    • Expired: Either the consumer completed the flow successfully, or the link has expired before the consumer completed the flow.
  • DELIVERY METHOD: The delivery method of the link. Possible values:
    • Email: The link was sent via email.
    • Sms: The link was sent via SMS.
    • None: If a link was generated via the Omni-Link API, then the delivery method will be None.
  • CREATED: Timestamp of when the link was created.
  • UPDATED: Timestamp of when the link status was last updated.
  • CHANNEL: The channel from which the link was initiated. Possible values:
    • Call Center
    • E-Commerce
    • In Store
    • In Home
  • STORE: The store name through which the link was initiated.
  • RECIPIENT FIRST NAME: The first name of the consumer to whom the link was sent.
  • RECIPIENT LAST NAME: The last name of the consumer to whom the link was sent.
  • USER: The username of the user who sent the link.
  • LINK ID: The ID of the link that was sent to the consumer.
  • CONSUMER ID: The unique ChargeAfter identifier of the consumer.
  • FLOW COMPLETION STATUS: The status of the flow. Possible values:
    • Completed: Indication has been provided that the consumer reached the final step of the flow. For example, an application or checkout has been confirmed.
    • Incomplete: Indication has been provided that the consumer has not reached the final step of the flow. For example, the consumer exited before completing an application or checkout.
    • Unknown: No indication of if the flow was completed or not.

Remote Interactions Detailed View

To view detailed information on a remote interaction, click the arrow at the end of the remote interaction's row in the Remote Interaction List.

The following Remote Interaction Details are displayed:

  • GENERAL INFORMATION
    • Flow Type: Indicates if the link was part of the Apply or Checkout flow.
    • Flow Completion Status: The status of the flow. Possible values:
      • Completed: Indication has been provided that the consumer reached the final step of the flow. For example, an application or checkout has been confirmed.
      • Incomplete: Indication has been provided that the consumer has not reached the final step of the flow. For example, the consumer exited before completing an application or checkout.
      • Unknown: No indication of if the flow was completed or not.
    • Link Status: The current status of the link. Possible values:
      • New: Link has been sent.
      • Accessed: The consumer has opened the link.
      • Expired: Either the consumer completed the flow successfully, or the link has expired before the consumer completed the flow.
    • User: The username of the user who sent the link.
    • Update: Timestamp of when the link was last updated.
    • Created: Timestamp of when the link was created.
    • Link ID: The ID of the link that was sent to the consumer.
  • ASSOCIATED LENDER APPLICATION
    • CREATED: Timestamp of when the application was created.
    • LENDER: The lender name.
    • STATUS: The status of the application. Possible values:
      • New: The consumer initiated an application but has not yet completed the application process.
      • Prequalified: The consumer got prequalified as part of an Apply or Checkout flow by one of the lenders on the platform.
      • Pending: The consumer is in a pending state with one of the lenders on the platform.
      • Under Review: The pending status of the consumer is currently under review by the lender.
      • Approved: The consumer received full approval from one of the lenders on the platform.
      • Charged: The consumer completed a Checkout flow successfully, and a charge was created.
      • Declined: The consumer was declined after applying for financing from one of the lenders on the platform.
      • Cancelled: The application has been cancelled by the consumer or lender.
    • APPROVED AMOUNT: The amount approved by the lender, if applicable.
    • CA APPLICATION ID: The unique identifier of the application created by ChargeAfter.
    • LENDER APPLICATION ID: The unique identifier of the lender application.
    • FIRST NAME: The first name of the consumer.
    • LAST NAME: The last name of the consumer.

Customizing the View

You can customize the information visible in the Remote Interactions List.

Selecting Columns to View

You can select which columns to display in the Remote Interactions List.

To select which columns to view:

  1. Click the Columns button.




    The Edit Columns window opens.
  2. Select the checkboxes next to the columns you want to view.

  3. Click Confirm.

Reordering the Columns

You can customize the order in which the columns are displayed in the Remote Interactions List.

To re-order the columns:

  1. Click the Columns button.




    The Edit Columns window opens.
  2. Grab the Grid icon next to a column and drag and drop into place.




  1. Click Confirm.

Sorting the Information

In the Remote Interactions List, some columns can be sorted in ascending or descending order.

To sort dispute information in ascending or descending order:

  1. Hover your mouse to the right side of the column to display the Arrow symbol.





Note: If the Arrow symbol does not appear, then the column is not sortable.

  1. Click the Arrow symbol.

Searching Remote Interactions

To search for remote interactions via any of the criteria in the Remote Interactions List:

  1. Next to any column in the Remote Interactions List, click the Filter icon.




    A pop-up search window opens.
  2. Enter or set your search terms.

  3. Click Confirm. Applied filters are displayed above the Remote Interactions List and filtered results populate the Remote Interactions List.

  4. To clear all filters, click the Clear Filters

    button. To clear a selected filter, click the X next to it.

Exporting Remote Interactions

To export the Remote Interactions List:

  1. Click the Export button.
  2. Select your timezone and file type preferences.
  3. Click Export. The file downloads to your computer.

New Call Center Interaction

To start a new Call Center interaction, click the New Call Center Interaction button. The Call Center module opens.
