Data on lender applications

Viewing Application Data

Application data is presented in both a high-level list view and a detailed view.

Lender Applications List

The Lender Applications List displays the following information for each application to a lender:

  • CREATED: Timestamp of when the lender application was created.
  • STORE: The store from which the lender application originated.
  • LENDER: The lender name.
  • APPROVED AMOUNT: The amount approved by the lender, if applicable.
  • STATUS: The status of the application. Possible values:
    • New: The consumer initiated an application but has not yet completed the application process.
    • Prequalified: The consumer got prequalified as part of an Apply or Checkout flow by one of the lenders on the platform.
    • Pending: The consumer is in a pending state with one of the lenders on the platform.
    • Under Review: The pending status of the consumer is currently under review by the lender.
    • Approved: The consumer received full approval from one of the lenders on the platform.
    • Charged: The consumer completed a Checkout flow successfully, and a charge was created.
    • Declined: The consumer was declined after applying for financing from one of the lenders on the platform.
    • Cancelled: The application has been cancelled by the consumer or lender.
  • APPLICATION TYPE: If the lender provides this information, this identifies the type of financing application. This value updates as the application progresses from a Prequalified to Full financing application. Possible values:
    • Blank: The lender did not specify the type of financing application.
    • Prequal: The lender specified that the financing application is a prequalified financing application.
    • Full: The lender specified that the financing application is a full financing application.
  • LENDER APPLICATION ID: The unique identifier of the lender application.
  • CA APPLICATION ID: The unique identifier of the application created by ChargeAfter.
  • CONSUMER ID: The unique identifier of the consumer.
  • FIRST NAME: The first name of the consumer.
  • LAST NAME: The last name of the consumer.
  • EMAIL: The email address of the consumer.
  • APR: The Annual Percentage Rate.
  • EXPIRES: When the application expires.
  • NUMBER OF PERIODS: The number of periods of the defined type for the financing.
  • PERIOD TYPE: The type of period defining the financing. For example, Month.

Applications Detailed View

To view detailed information on an application, click the chevron at the end of the application's row in the Application List.

An Overview displays the following information on the application:

  • CONSUMER NAME: Full name of the consumer.
  • LENDER: The name of the lender.
  • AMOUNT: The amount of financing for which the consumer applied.
  • PRODUCT TYPE: The financing product type.
  • APR: Annual Percentage Rate
  • PERIOD: The period of the financing.
  • CREATED AT: Timestamp of when the application was created.

Detailed information is displayed on the following tabs:

  • Lender Application Details
  • Consumer Details

Lender Application Details

  • Lender Approved Amount: The full amount approved by the lender before any charges were made.
  • Expires: Timecode of when the approved amount of financing expires.
  • Lender Application ID: The unique identifier of the application created by the lender.
  • CA Application ID: The unique identifier of the application created by ChargeAfter.

Consumer Details Tab

On the Consumer Details tab, the following information on the consumer is displayed:

  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Email
  • Consumer ID

Customizing the View

You can customize the information visible in the Applications List.

Selecting Columns to View

You can select which columns to display in the Applications List.

To select which columns to view:

  1. Click the Columns button.




    The Edit Columns window opens.
  2. Select the checkboxes next to the columns you want to view.

  3. Click Confirm.

Reordering the Columns

You can customize the order in which the columns are displayed in the Applications List.

To re-order the columns:

  1. Click the Columns button.




    The Edit Columns window opens.
  2. Grab the Grid icon next to a column and drag and drop into place.




  1. Click Confirm.

Sorting the Data

In the Applications List, the Created column can be sorted in ascending or descending order.

To sort application data in ascending or descending order:

  1. Hover your mouse to the right side of the column to display the Arrow symbol.





  1. Click the Arrow symbol.

Searching Application Data

To search for applications via any of the criteria in the Applications List:

  1. Next to any column in the Applications List, click the Filter icon.




    A pop-up search window opens.
  2. Enter or set your search terms.

  3. Click Confirm. Applied filters are displayed above the Applications List and filtered results populate the Applications List.

  4. To clear all filters, click the Clear Filters

button. To clear a selected filter, click the X next to it.


Sharing Filtered Application Data

After applying filters to the Applications List, you can copy the URL. This enables you to easily share with others in your organization or return to the same applied filters later.

To copy the URL, click the Copy URL

button.


Exporting Application Data

To export Applications data:

  1. Click the Export button.
  2. Select your timezone and file type preferences.
  3. Click Export. The file downloads to your computer.
