Welcome to ChargeAfter’s Merchant Dashboard. We’re here to walk you through and explain everything you need to know in order to manage your orders.

New Users Access

To grant access to a new member from your team, please use the Users tab. There are 3 levels of users:
Admin - Has access to all the tabs
Manager - Has access to all the tabs except the Users tab
Agent - Has access only to the Charges, Consumers, Call Center Terminal (when applicable), and Users Settings tabs

Navigation

The navigation panel on the left side of the screen allows you to view and manage your ChargeAfter account in the following aspects:

• Charges - The Charges tab allows you to see and manage orders that were processed through ChargeAfter
• Consumers - The Consumers tab lets you view a list of all of the consumers that were approved for financing
• Funding - The Funding tab lets you view and download (.csv) a list of the aggregated funding data from all of the lenders in the waterfall
