Disputes list for lenders

Merchants can view all the cases submitted by the lenders in the Resolution Center. Cases are divided into three categories with their specific tabs:

  • Action Required
  • Pending Lender
  • Resolved

Action Required: lists all cases currently assigned to the merchant and awaiting the merchant's input or decision.

Pending Lender: includes all the cases currently assigned to the lenders for review.

Resolved: shows all previously resolved cases.

Table columns:

  • Created at - the date the case was created
  • SLA expiration - the SLA is determined by the lender, and defines the timeframe that the merchant can solve the issue in.
    Once the SLA expired an indication will be shown in the table and in the case details view.
