Call Center

The Call Center module of Operate can be used for consumer onboarding to:

• send an Apply link (to a consumer device or a consumer using a merchant device in-store) to initiate the Apply flow
• send a Checkout link (to a consumer device or a consumer using a merchant device in-store) to initiate the Checkout flow

After the consumer receives a link, they can finalize the application or checkout on their own.

Call Center Session IDs

Each Call Center session generates a Session ID. Click the Copy icon at the top of the screen to copy the Session ID to the clipboard.

Apply Flow

To send an Apply link:

1. Complete the following fields about the consumer:

   • First Name
   • Last Name
   • Email Address
   • Phone Number
   • Billing Address (Optional)
   • Shipping Address (Optional)

2. Select the Store name or email address from the dropdown and click Next.

3. Review the consumer details. If necessary, click Edit to make any corrections.

4. Click Send Apply Link.

5. Select Email or SMS as the delivery method. The link is sent to the consumer and expires after 24 hours.

Checkout Flow

To send a Checkout link:

1. Complete the following fields about the consumer:

   • First Name
   • Last Name
   • Email Address
   • Phone Number
   • Billing Address (Optional)
   • Shipping Address (Optional)

2. Select the Store name or email address from the dropdown and click Next.

3. Review the consumer details. If necessary, click Edit to make any corrections.

4. Click Continue to checkout.

5. Complete the CART DETAILS:

   • Item's Name
   • SKU
   • Item's Price
   • If applicable, select the Warranty checkbox and complete the warranty fields:
     • Warranty Name
     • SKU
     • Price
   • Click the Plus or Minus sign to change the number of this item to add to the cart.

6. Click the Add Item button. The item is listed in the Order Summary.

7. Repeat Steps 5 and 6 to add any additional items to the cart.

8. Complete the CART PROPERTIES:

   • Order ID (Optional)

   • Tax: Enter an amount.

   • Shipping Amount

   • If applicable, select the Discount checkbox and complete the discount fields:
     - Discount Name
     - Discount Amount
     

     The cart automatically adjusts to reflect the Cart Properties.

9. Click Send Checkout Link at the top of the screen.

10. Select Email or SMS as the delivery method. The link is sent to the consumer and expires after 24 hours.
